I met this guy at a hotel. We were in the same program there let’s just say and have talked a couple times. Now I’m back home. I have his number and called but he told me not to call or text because he is in Europe and roaming costs alot with 5USD per text. It hurt my feelings and I thought he was super cute. What is wrong with me and how can I stop thinking about this guy? I have dreams of being in Poland and wanting some ice but can’t get any. He is from there. Any thoughts what that means? How do I stop compulsory thoughts to dial his number even though I haven’t after he told me to stop?

He’s just not that into you. If he was, he wouldn’t care how much it costs to communicate with you. So that said, to stop obsessing about him, you go on a date with someone local. As a matter of fact, you go on several dates with as many hot local guys as you can round up, and I guarantee soon you’ll be obsessing over someone new.
Your dream is obvious. He’s the Polish ice…the end.
date other guys, preferably someone who lives close to you
You can start by keeping your brain so busy with other things that you need to focus on the matter at hand, and not him.
Divert yourself with the challenge of a new man that’s more within your reach.
Give it time, it’ll fade; trust me.
