well… i traveled quite alot to poland ( 8 times ) and i suggest you buy a ticket ( for ur dog ) from LOT… coz then ur parents can pick up ur dog in krakow or warszawa.

you need to check that your dog has every shot that poland requires (u can find this on the website of a poland embassy )Then i guess you need a health certification and a kennel . You have to send the dog with Cargo . The fee depends on the weight . I use lufthansa to bring my bulldog from germany to the USA ( Dallas ). I payed 120 € for the transportation . Oh, also make sure that you get a nonstop flight cause less stress for your doggie . Let’s see if i find some links for you ..But also keep in mind that when you bring your dog back to the USA you also need to check what they require (health certification , rabbies shot )
