How do I find a person with only a name and mobile number?

Easy , send every detail u remain ( Mobile, name and photograph to Scotland yard)

The inland revenue will not give out anyones details.. Neither will any other dept like that.. I think you have lost the “money she owes you” I think you should forget about her..
depending on how much money she owes you, why not take her to small claims court, i imagine they would find her as you dont know where she lives
Simple answer is it can be extremely difficult. No organisations are going to give you any info at all as they would be prevented from doing so by the Data Protection Act and probably a whole host of other legislation. I would suggest a private eye but you have so little to go on even they would probably find it impossible. Sorry
tracing people isn’t too difficult even with the limited info you have….but are you sure your intentions are good?
I would go to see a Baliff. See what they say- you can always sell her debt - and let them charge her interest, costs etc -then she can bugger off back to her own country probably still not paying

i would just go to the small claims court, the court service will find her, that will scare her big time,then maybe she will pay you before it goes to court, hope that helps, all the best
