By car - A4 motorway, then Route 86 in the direction of Warsaw, and leave it in or close to Siewierz (follow the signs). Its about 250 kilometers (150 miles).
By train - not a very good connection, but taking a TLK train at 8.26 from Wrocław you will be in Katowice at 11.02. You will have to find the airport bus stop just in front of the Katowice Railway Station; the bus leaves every hour on the hour and travels just under an hour. You could perhaps take a train at 9 or even at 10, but these are not very reliable and seats are not booked.
By plane - morning flights are available only on Mondays and Fridays. The flight takes about an hour.
