u can use bottled water but i use declorinator drops for my hermits water..dont no why as bottled water cheaper, you should get another one i have six and all are in the middle of a molt, make sure that u have a drinking sponge in the water as thats how hermies drink the water(thru the sponge),,dont just have the water in a bowl or whatever, make sure you have a drinking sponge in the bowl , the sponges can be purchased from any reptile store or the place you got the hermies, any other queries do not hesitate to contact me via my profile
the bottled water you are using is perfectly fine, and as for if your hermie will get lonely the answer is yes. they usually live in huge colonies and travel together.
make sure you have plenty of plants to climb on and hide in.
a sea sponge in the water dish, and make sure it stays relitavley humid and warm in the crabinarium.
Also dont forget to put around extra shells for your hermie to move into once he out grows his current one. If he cannot find another shell he simply will dry out.
goodluck.
