You would need to be a Polish citizen, I would guess. And I’m guessing that you would have to go through some sort of tryout process like most national teams.

You have to be playing competitive hockey on a travel team in Poland (If you wernt born there you have to have been playing for a minimum of 2 years in the country) and be good enough that a scout will see you or someone will recommend you to the scouts or team staff. Then you will be selected for their training camp and you have to prove yourself…
