Here you go…the most comprehensive site for world phone directories. It even has English interfaces.
(other sites I saw, like;; etc. had only yellow pages listings.)

sophie, I am usually fairly good to find sources… this is one I have been trying to find myself, and had no luck so far. Just business listings.
I just recently joined this list. Since it is the holidays, I haven’t really jumped on the research end, but it seems like a friendly group. I am sure some of the persons onlist will live in Poland, and be able to provide pointers.
