Well, you go to a railroad station and buy a ticket to Warsaw, then you wait for your train and when it arrives you get on it (that is, IN it, not actually ON it, although I guess that would be an interesting alternative way of getting to Warsaw by train and the weather is not too bad right now)… railroad station in German is Bahnhoff by the way, in case you need directions

there is for example a connection between Berlin and Warsaw or Cracow (Berlin Hauptbahnhof - Warszawa Centralna or Krakow Glowny)
