I’ve have many relatives on my wife’s side that made this exact transition in pretty much the same time frame. There are a number of places that can help (ellisisland.org for example). But because of my research history, I do know (and have access to) some rather non-standard sources as well.
If you could “add additional info” to your question identifying specifics about the person - name, age, date of birth/death, etc. I would be happy to see what I can find — also, if this person is Jewish, that would also be important information.
You can also e-mail me through my profile.
Their citizenship application would be the best resource, beyond the regular documents. Check for the state/county and naturalization through genweb for the best place to search to see if they applied.

It says that Anna was married when she left Poland and that it was her husband who paid for her passage. The ship left Rotterdam on 15th of June 1907 and as you can see arrived on 24th of June 1907.
Hope this helps.
