It may be difficult and depends on what kind of jobs you want to get and where in Poland you are going to be located. It will be easier in Warsaw and much more difficult in smaller cities or villages.
Keep in mind that, unless you have a polish passport or other kind of permit, you are not legally allowed to work in Poland.
However, if even if you do have a Polish passport, it may be difficult without knowing Polish. Here are a few ideas:
* Work as a Nanny or Au Pair. Find a foreign family that either speak English or want their children to learn English. They will love the fact that you are a native English speaker.
* Give English lessons. It may be difficult for you since you do not have credentials. However, you may be able to give private lessons to beginngers as a tutor. Your mom may be able to help you find something like that. Here is a forum for English Techers in Poland:
* Network with communities of Foreigners who live in Poland and ask them about finding a job. Give ideas of the type of job you are looking for (babysitting, cleaning, secretarial work, etc).
Here is one such community. There is a forum there, so you can start networking there:
In Poland you will not make a huge amount of money even if you do find a job. My suggestion to you, is to use the opportunity to see as much of Poland as you can, and to learn as much about Poland as you can. Take Polish lessons and travel. Warsaw and Krakow are both beautiful places.
